2. The Standard

ASA (AI Safe Architecture) is an open architecture standard. The standard specification, documentation, and examples published on this website and the associated GitHub repository are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0).

You are free to share and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as you provide appropriate attribution and distribute any derivative works under the same license.

3. Informational Use Only

All content on this website is educational and does not constitute professional security, legal, or compliance advice. ASA is a framework — not an accreditation or certification body.

4. Not a Certification

Do not claim "ASA certified", "ASA approved", or "ASA compliant" unless you have a written license from the ASA Standard maintainers. You may state that your project "follows the ASA Standard" or "is built on the ASA framework" with attribution.

5. Attribution

When referencing ASA Standard, please credit "ASA Standard (asastandard.org)" and link to the original source. No endorsement by ASA Standard is implied by use of the framework.

6. Restrictions

You must not:

• Use ASA Standard marks or name to imply endorsement or certification without written permission
• Substantially copy content for commercial redistribution without attribution
• Misrepresent the scope or guarantees of the framework

7. No Warranty

The ASA Standard and all associated materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that implementing the framework will make your software secure, compliant, or production-ready.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the ASA Standard maintainers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or reliance on the standard, documentation, or this website. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Implementation Services

ASA Standard is a vendor-neutral specification. Implementation services are available through Vibecodiq and are governed by separate terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU regulations.
